You will be greeted with a glass of wine or soft drink and then Pauline will serve us her excellent buffet consisting of a hot and cold main course, sweet, tea and coffee which will be followed by Peter's talk. If you require any further alcoholic or soft drinks please bring your own.

"Don't go to sleep in winter" Kevin Pratt.

Kevin is a renowned horticulturist, having over 35 years experience. During the time he has become an R.H.S. triple gold medallist, and has held National Collections of Fritillaria and Eucomis. He has a passion for growing rare and unusual plants; his current interest is the plant stachyurus, of which he is now currently the leading expert. His talk tonight is sure to inspire us to continue to garden throughout the winter months.

"Practical Trough Making" Ian and Carole Bainbridge

Ian and Carole will demonstrate how to convert a polystyrene fish box into a fully constructed alpine trough which will be raffled off at the end of the evening. This promises to be a really interesting evening.
